Ms. Melody Wang brings over eight years of legal experience, specializing in complex corporate transactions within the biopharmaceutical industry. Ms. Wang's professional journey speaks of a dynamic corporate generalist, equipped with the exceptional ability to adeptly navigate the intricate landscape of legal challenges encountered by organizations.
Prior to joining Biosion, Inc., Ms. Wang served as the Associate Counsel and J-1 Alternate Responsible Officer at a global contract research organization (CRO), Frontage Laboratories, Inc. & over 30 of its affiliates, Ms. Wang demonstrated strategic acumen in delivering practical and timely legal support across a wide range of legal matters, including securities, corporate governance, commercial transaction, cross-border merger and acquisition, intercompany transactions, and litigation and dispute resolution. She was also one of the leading in-house counsels for the successful initial public offerings of Frontage Holdings Corporation and Hangzhou Tigermed Consulting Co., Ltd. on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
Ms. Wang holds a Juris Doctor degree from Temple University Beasley School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Literary Studies from Middlebury College. She is a member of the Bar in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
