Maggie Gu previously served as Vice President of Global Finance at LianBio which completed a $325 million financing round and listed on the NASDAQ in 2021. She transformed LianBio's financial system into a global platform spanning the United States, the Cayman lslands, the Asia-Pacific region, and China. Before Lianbio, she served as Assistant Vice President of Finance at CStone Pharmaceuticals overseeing financial operations across the entire value chain-from drug discovery translational medicine, clinical trials, CMC, to commercialization-encompassing accounting, financial planning and analysis, treasury management, taxation, and procurement. She established standardized financial frameworks and internal control systems for this Hong Kong-listed company.
