Bosakitug

Bosakitug is a humanized anti-TSLP monoclonal antibody with best-in-class potential, exhibiting a more than 50-fold higher in vitro cellular bioactivity compared to tezepelumab (Tezspire™). TSLP (thymic stromal lymphopoietin) plays a critical role in mediating Type 2 immune and inflammatory responses at barrier surfaces and is implicated in the pathogenesis of various allergic and inflammatory diseases, such as atopic dermatitis, asthma, and allergies. Furthermore, TSLP antibodies demonstrate a synergistic effect when combined with anti-IL-4R or anti-IL-13 therapies. Recent studies also indicate that TSLP plays a significant role in tumor survival and progression, highlighting its potential as a therapeutic target for relevant oncology indications.
