Celldex(Global ex-China)
BSI-585 is a global first-in-class bispecific antibody designed to simultaneously block the PD-1 and ILT4 signaling pathways. By relieving the suppression exerted by the tumor microenvironment (TME) on tumor-infiltrating T cells and myeloid cells, BSI-585 enhances the immune response and has demonstrated potent in vivo antitumor efficacy and synergistic effects in mouse models. In March 2021, Biosion and Celldex entered into an agreement to co-develop BSI-585. Biosion retains the development and commercialization rights for the product in the Greater China region, while Celldex holds the rights outside of Greater China and is responsible for all research and development costs from the development candidate selection through to the IND stage.
