BSI-060T

BSI-060T is a fully human anti-Siglec-15 monoclonal antibody. Compared to NextCure's NC-318, BSI-060T exhibits a 10-fold higher affinity, superior in vitro efficacy, a significantly prolonged half-life (7 days vs. 1 day), and a linear response in inhibiting S15 within peripheral blood mononuclear cell (PBMC) assays. Siglec-15 is an immunosuppressive checkpoint and a promising target for promoting tumor immune normalization; it is significantly upregulated across a variety of solid tumors, including non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC), head and neck cancer, and thyroid cancer. In March 2022, Biosion licensed the development and commercialization rights of BSI-060T outside of the Greater China region to Pyxis Oncology, while retaining all development and commercialization rights within Greater China.
