BSI-045A (CTTQ Program ID: TQH2722) is a humanized monoclonal antibody targeting interleukin-4 receptor alpha (IL-4Rα). It mediates the dual blockade of interleukin-4 (IL-4) and interleukin-13 (IL-13) signaling, thereby suppressing the Type 2 (T2) inflammatory pathway to achieve therapeutic control over Type 2 inflammatory diseases, such as atopic dermatitis, asthma, and chronic rhinosinusitis. The drug molecule was co-developed through a collaboration between Biosion and CTTQ. Under the partnership, CTTQ holds the global rights for this project (the monoclonal antibody), while Biosion retains the global rights for IL-4R-targeted bispecific antibodies.
